Los Altos Long Bar — Brand & Marketing Design

Located inside the Courtyard Marriott in Los Altos/Palo Alto, the Los Altos Long Bar serves as a welcoming dining destination for hotel guests and the local community.

A comprehensive collection of digital and print assets created to support the restaurant’s brand presence, customer experience, and promotions, including menus, signage, flyers, email campaigns, and in-house marketing materials.

  • The Los Altos Long Bar, located within the Courtyard Marriott in the Los Altos/Palo Alto area, serves as a dining and social destination for hotel guests and the local community. As the restaurant expanded its offerings and guest experience—including live music, seasonal promotions, and enhanced dining spaces—there was a need for cohesive visual communication across both digital and physical touchpoints. My work focused on creating a unified brand presence that elevated visibility, increased engagement, and supported the restaurant’s evolving guest experience.

  • As the Lead Designer for Marketing and Promotional Assets, I was responsible for shaping the visual identity and day-to-day creative needs of the restaurant across both print and digital channels. I led the design of social media assets, email campaigns, menus, promotional collateral, and in-restaurant signage, ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint. I collaborated closely with restaurant leadership to support seasonal initiatives, live entertainment programming, special promotions, and improvements to the guest experience.

  • I led the design of digital and print marketing assets for the restaurant, including social media campaigns, promotional emails, menus, flyers, and in-room collateral supporting live music, seasonal promotions, and dining specials. My work also included photography support and signage specifications for enhanced parking and dining areas, helping create a cohesive brand experience across customer touchpoints.

Social Media

To increase visibility and engagement for the restaurant, I designed a wide range of social media assets highlighting live music events, seasonal promotions, featured dishes, cocktails, and special offerings. My goal was to create visually engaging content that reflected the restaurant’s atmosphere while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across platforms. By combining compelling imagery, promotional messaging, and consistent visual styling, these assets helped showcase the evolving dining experience and connect with both hotel guests and the local community.

Email Campaigns

Weekly email campaigns were designed to highlight national holidays, live music, special events, featured dishes, and unique aspects of the restaurant experience. Campaigns showcased the restaurant’s atmosphere and outdoor patio, promoted its extensive cocktail program inspired by the ‘longest bar in town’ mantra, and featured the chef’s cultural influences through signature dishes.

Product Pages

Over nearly four years spanning June 2022 to May 2026, I contributed to image optimization and export for Apple product pages across more than 15 major launches, covering iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Vision Pro product lines. Each project required precise preparation of viewport-specific assets across multiple breakpoints, ensuring pixel-perfect presentation on one of the world's most visited and design-driven e-commerce platforms.

I worked across three generations of Apple Silicon — M2, M3, and M4 — contributing to image optimization and export for Mac product pages on apple.com through 10 major launches. Spanning the full Mac family, from the redesigned MacBook Air and MacBook Pro to the iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro, each project demanded precise, viewport-specific asset preparation to meet Apple's high standards for quality and consistency across every screen size and device.

During my time on the iPhone team from June 2025 to 2026, I supported image optimization and exports across product pages on apple.com for two significant launches — the iPhone 17 lineup, which introduced the new iPhone Air form factor, and the iPhone 17e. With Apple's high bar for quality, every asset required precise viewport-specific preparation to render flawlessly across all devices and screen sizes.

Direct Mailers

In addition to product launches, Apple distributes direct mailers to support each launch phase. I optimize and export images for email layouts, ensuring compatibility across light and dark modes, as well as responsive desktop and mobile viewports to deliver an optimal viewing experience across devices.
